How do I book a golf cart at the Grand Mosque of Makkah electronically?
Start by logging into the Tanaqqol or Nusuk app and selecting the cart service. Choose the type of trip, whether Tawaf only, Sa'i, or a complete Umrah. Then select the cart type, single or double, and pick the date and time that suit you. Pay the fees using the available payment methods such as mada and credit cards, and your booking barcode will be issued immediately for you to present at the assembly point.
What are the prices and costs of booking golf and electric carts for Tawaf and Sa'i?
Prices for single carts for Tawaf only or Sa'i only start from about 57.5 SAR including tax, rising to 115 SAR for a complete Umrah journey (Tawaf and Sa'i). Double carts cost up to about 115 SAR for either of the two rituals, and 230 SAR for a complete Umrah. Free manual carts remain available at the distribution points for those who push them themselves, at no charge.
Where are the golf cart pickup points and locations in the Grand Mosque of Makkah?
The main electric cart stations are concentrated on the mezzanine floors of the Grand Mosque of Makkah, with direct access via dedicated entrances including the Ajyad bridge, the Shubeikah bridge, the Al-Arqam electric stairs, and the Marwah bridge. Guidance and assembly points are also available on the western and southern courtyards to direct Umrah pilgrims and worshippers to the designated routes without interference with those performing Tawaf on foot.
Can a golf cart be booked through the Nusuk app?
Yes, the Nusuk app is linked directly to the unified booking system in cooperation with the Tanaqqol app, which belongs to the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques. The platform lets you choose your booking time in conjunction with issuing your Umrah permit, ensuring coordinated entry and avoiding peak and congestion times, with the option to pay in advance and receive the digital ticket directly on your mobile phone.
What are the conditions for cancelling a golf cart booking and recovering the paid amount?
You can cancel the booking through the app up to a specified period before the service start time, as determined by the platform's regulations, and amounts are automatically refunded to the original payment method within banking business days. However, if the cancellation is requested after the service time has begun or after the barcode has been scanned at the departure point, the fees cannot be refunded, except in cases of operational malfunctions verified on site.
